How it all began

We love wine and we love cheese! both of which have long been important elements in our life. Like most people, we also enjoy pairing wine and cheese, and we discovered early on that some combinations were delightful, some were simply more interesting than others, and some were downright dreadful. So we seriously embarked on this very pleasant project searching for and documenting Wow! pairings.

Following our passion, after extensive research and experimentation, we published Wine & Cheese Pairing Guide: Your Exciting Search for Wow! Combinations. This award-winning guidebook  features Wine Basics, Cheese Basics, Pairing Basics, Pairing Recommendations (Cheese & Wine Pairing Recommendations and Wine & Cheese Pairing Recommendations), and a programmed journal where you can fill in information describing your tastings in “My Favorite Pairings.”

Of course, we are using this book (as a reference) and find it invaluable as we do our continuing and very pleasant search for Wow! combinations.
